This is the guide for personal/invidual Vtuber commission.

Pricing
This is information for Live2D only
The production time is from 1 month to 2 months.

The prices listed are minimum rates. The final price will be estimated according to the design, and the working parts of the model.
Example for additional fee: Skirts or many layers of frills, big hat and hair accessories, animal's ears and tail, clothing with layers etc...
Standard 1,200USD~
This is the basic modeling.
The range of motion is not big, but we will make the whole model move naturally.
The accessories and the arm will have simple motion.
I recommend this for the male model, and the customers want to have costumes update regularly.
Premium 1,800USD~
There will be various motion for various parts.
The range of motion will be bigger, you can add one element with animation.
We will consider motion, the materials for all accessories, the arms movement will be matched.
I recommend this for the customers that want the whole perfect package model.
Options
Tracking with Vbridger
+250$
The tracking will be much more precise with mouth and eyes movements.
We only accept clients know how to research way to install and set up Vbridger by themselves.
If you want a version working on VTube Studio only then it would be +100$
Commission separate parts for the model
+20～300$
If there’s a problem with the PSD file that we need to fix, we would have to charge you an additional fee. We would like to consult with you beforehand and provide instructions on how to do this to forego this additional cost.
Sideways standing mode
+20% of the original cost
This option is for avatars that don't face forward.
This option does not include poses for the body.
Switching parts on display
+10~70$
Pressing 1 key to switch your expressions.
Please prepare the necessary parts in advance.
Examples: Crying, blushing, pale face
Switching parts with animations
+40~130$
Pressing 1 key to switch facial expression or show a loop animation.
Please prepare the necessary parts in advance.
Examples: Crying, heart flying, musical notes swaying etc...
Switching poses
+50~180$
Pressing one key to change your model’s pose.
You can change your arm or hide some parts such as your jacket and such.
When we separate parts for the model we can not change the pose of the parts that stick together.
Animation
+50~180$
Pressing 1 key to run an animation.
Adding idle animation, or waving hands animation, etc.
Please prepare the necessary parts in advance.
Adding plugin
+100$~
We mainly doing the external plugins made on to implement in Vtube Studio
Please be aware there is a high chance that the plugin was made by an unofficial third party, so please consult with us beforehand.
Examples: Model blushing in response to a heart rate monitor device, movements change with the actual controller movements, etc.
We will introduce to some official plugins made by Vtube Studio / plugins made by Suzuta as well (like the plugin respond to the discord sound)
We are very flexible so, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other requests.

Terms of service

The production proceeds as follows: ①Illustration completed→ ②Getting separated parts from Illustration→ ③Modelling→ ④Delivery model to the client

Before the Illustration is completed, we can talk about the reservation, or the content/function of the model, but the fully accurate price can only be given after getting all the separated parts from the Illustration.

If both the client and the Illustrator need, we can absolutely make a guide on how to separate parts for Modeling.

Payment can be made through PayPal.

With loyal clients we have history with, we can split the payment into two, one half before we start the project and the second half before we deliver the model.

During the production process, we can communicate by discord server. We will give you a report of the process every 2-3 weeks with pictures and videos.

If the client may need, we do provide support to set up your tracking software via a screen sharing session.

The golden rule here is we do not accept refunds or cancellation after the project has started. Thank you very much for understanding.
Terms of service

Reprinting, redistribution, resale, modification, and claiming self-made project are prohibited. Please contact us if you intend to give away your right to use our model.

You are allowed to edit screenshot of the model/change the texture within Illustrator's permission.

VTubeStudio allows you to change some expressions within Illustrator's permission. Some parts may not function correctly due to software updates.

Disclosure of details for the commission pricing, the contents of the exchange, or the personal information is prohibited.

The following usage of the Model is prohibited:

Using the model for anti-social for AI generated contents

Using the model for political statements
-
Using the model to commit hateful acts or violate morals and public order.

Except for a bug caused by the model, we do not take responsibility for any issues that may occur during use. A bug refers to an error that affects the normal task of a Live2D model (e.g some specific animation not showing, the model displaying being corrupted etc). Bugs caused by the tracking software and caused by the condition the client makes are not covered in our support program. We provide support to the client 6 months after the delivery date, after that, an additional fee will be charged if you still need the support.
About the tracking software

We recommend using VtubeStudio. We also support NizimaLive but compatibility for other software cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend iOS for tracking devices for best performance.

Tracking with PC software is possible but the accuracy might be reduced.
Final product delivery

We will present to you the final product that is optimized for VtuberStudio.

The Live2D file won't be included.

All profits from your Vtuber activities will belong to the customer.

Please inform us before you commercialize live2D screenshots.
About the credit
Please include the model artist's name and link to twitter in both your description of Youtube and X(Previously Twitter).
About the publication of the Model

Unless the client notified us in advance that you do not want the Model to be published, we will have a showcase of the Model with tracking function on our website and all the social network platforms.

Whether or when to publish our work is not negotiable, we usually publish the model after the client making the debut.

After 6 months after the delivery date of the model, if there is no contact of any special circumstances or specific debut date being delayed, we may publish the model even before the model debut.

If we have the client's permission, we may stream the process of making the model on stream, show the process and introduce our audience to various points and functions of the model.

About the budget and the plan
If you have decided on the budget and the plan/package you want to choose, please let us know from the beginning. Even if your budget does not fit our listed pricing, we can provide a custom plan by adjusting the number of animations, functions. We are very flexible so feel free to contact us.

About commission a new costume
The pricing for this is approximately:30% the Basic pricing of the model(The plan you chose first commission) + optional fee depending what you want to add on the new costume (Please take a look at our additional options table for more details)
This does not include fee for changing poses or adding more hair styles or accessories.

For small additional contents like facial expression, the pricing will be:
